User hereby authorises World Power to release and supply Personal Data of the User to the subsidiaries and affiliates of World Power and other parties in connection with the provision of insurance products and services, including but not limited to World Power Insurance Consultants Limited, Internad Limited and related insurance companies.

The validity construction and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and both parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
